Dr. Josef received his medial degree from New York University (NYU) School of Medicine in 1985 and performed his internal medicine internship at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center.
| Dr. Josef opened his office in 1990 after completing Post-doctoral studies and residency practice in Opthalmology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Jacobi Medical Center and at Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Josef is certified in Opthalmology by the American Board of Opthalmology and is an active member, regularly participating in continuing education on the latest breakthroughs and techniques. |  |

Our office has recently relocated to the state-of-the-art Suffern Medical Pavilion at the Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.
Surgical procedures may be performed in-office, or at the Ambulatory Center located on-site, or at Nyack Hospital.
